To begin your quick and easy online bill payment you must agree to the following:
If your account is disconnected or in the process of being disconnected, you MUST contact our office BEFORE you make a payment. Services will not automatically be restored or disconnection prevented if payment is made without contacting our office FIRST! We can be reached at 901-853-4830, ext. 1. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.
IMPORTANT: The City of Piperton Water is not liable if you are in the disconnection process and/or disconnected and you do not call our office before making a payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnection fee. If you are currently disconnected and choose to make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected until you pay the reconnection fee in our office (cash only). This could result in a 2-3 day delay of service reconnection pending payments being processed.
