Vacation Check

The Piperton Police Department will attempt to check your residence periodically while you're on vacation.

Liability

Neither the City of Piperton nor the Piperton Police Department assumes any liability in the event of theft, loss or damage in or around your residence.

Signing Up for Vacation Check

If you are planning to be away from your home for at least 4 days and no longer than 30 days, please complete the Vacation Security Check Form (PDF). This will provide the police department with additional information regarding your residence while you are away.

Obtaining the Form Online

In order to complete the Vacation Security Check Form (PDF), you will need Adobe Reader. Using Adobe Reader will not allow you to save the completed form; however, you can complete it, and once completed you may print it out and deliver or fax the form.

Obtaining the Form Offline

If you choose not to install Adobe in order to complete this form, you may obtain a copy of the Vacation Security Check Form at the:

• City Administration Office
• Piperton Police Department

Submitting the Form

After completing and printing the form, please submit it to the Police Department or City Administration Office. You may hand deliver or fax the completed form to the Police Department at 901-861-8425 or to the City Administration Office at 901-854-8396. By submitting the form (PDF), it is understood and agreed that neither the City of Piperton, nor the Piperton Police Department assumes any liability with the Vacation Security Check.
